With an undergraduate degree from Harvard as well as Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degrees from Tulane, Louis is a natural when it comes to the business of real estate. Since Louis took over the day-to-day operations of Lauricella Land Company 20 years ago, his major accomplishments have been the development and redevelopment of over 1.5 million square feet of commercial, primarily retail, space. He has been engaged in securing financing of over $150,000,000 for major new Lauricella Land Company projects and has structured partnerships and joint ventures with some of the top companies in the city.
Louis guides the company forward with a steady hand. Over the past ten years, Lauricella Land Company has been directly involved in over $200 million of construction. With the company currently in acquisition mode, Louis' keen eyes are open for new development opportunities.
In addition to his responsibilities with Lauricella Land Company and Lauricella and Associates, its affiliate brokerage arm, Louis is an active member of many local professional and charitable organizations.
